At Harbor View Advisors, Carolyn works with clients in the areas of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Technology-Enabled Services, with specific expertise in Human Capital Management and Marketing Services.

Carolyn’s career experience includes twelve years with Goldman Sachs & Co., in the investment banking and equities divisions in New York, London and Los Angeles.  She also spent five years with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in marketing and trading.  Carolyn’s tenure on Wall Street includes all facets of capital markets from mergers & acquisitions to IPO’s and secondary offerings involving an expansive breadth of industries including Technology, Consumer Products and Marketing Services.

Carolyn is active in the local Jacksonville community where she serves on the Investment Committee of the Foundation Board for the University of North Florida.  She is also a member of the Women’s Giving Alliance and the World Affairs Council.

Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago.  She is registered with FINRA and holds Series 7, 24, 28, 63 and 79 licenses.
