Baringa Acquired the Altruas Team

JULY 16, 2025, LONDON, UK & DALLAS, TX – Harbor View Advisors acted as the buy-side advisor to Baringa ("Baringa") in its acquisition of the Altruas team (“Altruas”).

Headquartered in London, UK, Baringa is a global management consultancy operating across sectors including energy, financial services, consumer products and services and government.

Altruas, based in Dallas, TX is a digital and technology consultancy. Altruas brings extensive experience, sector knowledge and delivery capabilities in customer relationship management systems, enterprise resource planning systems and custom development.

The addition of the Altruas team will accelerate Baringa’s US growth and expansion amid increasing demand for digital transformation capabilities across all industry sectors.
