The combination brings together two great company cultures, complementary services offerings, and deep expertise in both the residential and commercial valuation markets.
InsideValuation offers LRES its commercial and residential interagency-compliant evaluations, performed by its strong network of more than 25,000 field agents. LRES is a national REO and appraisal management company offering property valuations, asset management, HOA and technology solutions for mortgage bankers, lenders, servicers, credit unions and private investors. InsideValuation’s appraisal products can now be produced under LRES’ AMC licenses with jurisdiction and regulatory compliance in all 50 U.S. states.
