The company’s analytical tools protect the country’s top 10 mortgage lenders and help hundreds of companies perform due diligence and prevent collateral-based loss.
The combination brings together two great company cultures, complementary services offerings and deep expertise in the collateral valuation and appraisal services markets. Platinum Data helped pioneer automated appraisal underwriting and quality control, and combining with Mercury Network will help the industry continue to address the increasingly critical requirements of compliance and risk management. Together, the two companies will serve more than 1,000 lenders and appraisal management companies.
