JANUARY 12, 2012, JACKSONVILLE, FL - Harbor View Advisors is pleased to announce that Lender Processing Services (NYSE: LPS) has completed the sale of SoftPro to Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF).
Harbor View Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to LPS in the transaction, which was finalized on January 12, 2012. Terms were not disclosed.
