SEPTEMBER 30, 2014, WESTMINISTER, CO - Harbor View Advisors is pleased to announce that Stewart Global Solutions, a unit of Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE: STC), and a leading provider of land administration services throughout the world has been acquired by Trimble Navigation Limited (NASDAQ: TRMB).
Stewart Global Solutions’ Landfolio land information management solution automates and integrates core elements of land information management including property registration, cadastre, taxation/valuation, data archiving and public access.
Harbor View Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Stewart in the transaction.
