Verifications, Inc. is a leading provider of onboarding services including background and drug screening which will broaden First Advantage’s position in the growing small and mid-sized market place and strengthen the Company’s presence in key industries such as staffing, healthcare and manufacturing.
Harbor View Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Verifications, Inc. in the transaction that was concluded in October 2013.
In joining forces with Verifications, Inc., First Advantage will add over 4,000 new clients, including notable Fortune 100 companies, to its 41,000 current client relationships that encompass more than 15 million applications annually. First Advantage can now leverage a solid technology and process foundation to focus on growth initiatives, customer driven innovation and global expansion efforts. This acquisition will enable Verifications, Inc. clients to have access to advanced solutions through the largest global footprint in the industry.
